Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our online sales operations. The successful candidate will manage order processing, customer service, product listings, and marketing support across e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and specialist understanding of pet products—particularly natural chews and nutrition.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
– Process daily orders from eBay, Amazon, and other platforms, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate tracking.
– Maintain and optimise product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.
– Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via eBay messages and email.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling.
– Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
– Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
– Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support pricing and positioning strategies.
