Job Purpose

Key Duties and Responsibilities
– Process daily orders from eBay, Amazon, and other platforms, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate tracking.
– Maintain and optimise product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.
– Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via eBay messages and email.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling.
– Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
